Terms and Conditions

DEPOSITS
A 10% non refundable deposit may be required to confirm your booking.

PAYMENTS
Payments can be made with cash, Cheque, or bank transfer. Visa, MasterCard via fax or phone.

BOOKINGS
Unsigned or non return of hire agreement does not cancel the booking.

Persons who book the hire or sign the hire agreement will be responsible for arranging final payment.

CANCELLATION
In the event of bad weather or unforeseen circumstances your should call 1300 137 967.

If we arrive onsite and the event is cancelled full payment is required.

VENUE ACCESS
Prices are based on delivering equipment to venues which have reasonable flat access.

If the venue has stairs or difficult access or more than twenty metres from the delivery vehicle it will incur a charge.

SETUP
If you require equipment to be setup early or later than arranged, a fee of $40.00 per hour or part thereof will be charged.

SECURITY
The client shall be responsible for a safe working environment if supervision is supplied and the security for the equipment hired if left unattended.

DAMAGE
The client shall bear all responsibility for any loss or damage to the equipment caused by persons during the hire. The client shall make payment to Minigolf Hire for the cost of repair or replacement as to the schedule given.
